On Residential we employ a hybrid system
prevac
scrub and presrpay either with Orbot or a brush machine with on board spray system
extract carpets do not take long to dry this way, it takes no longer then just VLM or HWE alone. We use a two person crew system, this has worked great for years now.
I would argue that at the end of the day, all that matters is if the carpet is clean.
What matters is the service experience was exceptional, the client is happy Happy enough to have you back and refer you to others. All the checks all clear.
