I'm a Certified Master Cleaner and Master Restorer and Senior Carpet and Flooring Inspector. This area constantly wicks back, the carpet is 13 years old and is under heavy use. I've been experimenting with every type of chemical and encap out there. I've tried other products and they initially work, but the spot always comes back.
