Simple. Ask.

Sure; you will meet some resistance, and you will get some rejection.
But... No pain, no gain.

Get out there and shake a few trees.
The fruit won't just fall in your lap otherwise. Cool
Start punching through till you reach the right person.
And be persistent. Don't give up till they either say yes, or they positively say no.

that is some cool mathematical equations! never seen it before. i am far from it but i like it!

MONTHLY accounts, wow, i don't think i will ever get even 1. and that's OK with me. if this system lasts long enough, perhaps i might.?.

the Quarterly's i can see.

for me the equation would be:
10 + 6
10 Quarterly's
6 Semi-Annual's

that i can do, maybe in the next 2-3 years. but your equation Leofry...man that's a tough one.

besides 1 or 2 restaurants, i've never that i can think of recommended any prospect/Client to have there CC'ed once a month. what type of Clients do y'all recommend this Monthly service to?

Interesting formula. Did you read that somewhere or did you come up with it based on your own goals? I am trying to come up with something similar using janitorial/commercial carpet as the foundation and residential occupied/empties to fill in the gaps.

Yeah, monthly accounts would be awesome.

Daycare facilities seem like a logical candidate. I suppose heavy trafficked medical might be another?

Perhaps high end executive suites?

I'm sure there are all types. Thing is you have to assume that perhaps some use a janitorial service to at least 'maintain' carpets and then call in a specialist as needed.

10 monthly accounts at 300.00 would be nice. The only monthly I ever had was a restaurant and they don't do it that often anymore. Most restaurants wait till it's filthy around here.
Day cares might go for it.
