Man Jeff you are on the ball. We're on the same track. I am presently looking into the Crystal Carpet product for our "one stop encapsulation shop".

H2Orange2 does not state that the product can be used as a "shampoo" type product. They recommend that it's used as a pre-spray product for HWE. However, H2Orange2 seems to be extremely dumb about their products. They apparently don't know very much about carpet cleaning. But that doesn't deter me. In my 20 years in the industry I've found that a lot of manufacturers are pretty dumb about their products. What interests me is that they state that Crystal Carpet dries to a brittle crystalline residue. So I am looking into it. If it's any good I may be adding it to our line.

I would be very interested in a prespray product for HWE that really dries to a brittle crystal. Let us know how it goes, Rick.
