| ....to have the folks on other boards talking b.s.about encap. All I know is I make money,my customers are happy, jobs come OUT GREAT.....
I also find the naysayers who have something of their own to sell,so obvious in their "scientific"rants to be almost laughable...
I'm so glad to be so busy that I don't have time to sit in front of a computer a good portion of my day
making this stuff up...lol
p.s. With all the half ass scientist wannabees running around, why do they lower themselves to be carpet cleaners? Funny stuff |

I sell nothing Mike. That is right shoot or TRY TO discredit the messenger.
Why don't you just run a few tests for yourself. LOL
BTW, I am not a NaySayer. I have never stated that encapsulation DOES NOT work. Read my post again there Einstein!
I am saying that they don't release near as easily from the fiber as we originally thought. LOL |

We did a filthy restaurant 2 months ago. At that same time we did a 40,000 sq.ft Best Buy in the mall, another filthy carpet.....
I have been going back to both every week to check them out...they still look great.
Prior to encap.they resoiled quite a bit faster with all types of cleaning, due to heavy traffic.
Owner of restaurant is thrilled.
Mgr.of BB said the rug has never looked better.
I have spoken with a lot of encap.cleaners.....problem with many is over wetting carpet with chemical or customer not vacuuming properly if AT ALL. All our comm'l is either encap.with Spin Vac and the chemstractor,or we OP. I have found the same fine results with OP as I have with encap. I prefer the encap.because of faster production time.
On most jobs,we will do a combo of both methods...one tech with the Chemstractor in open areas, and the other
2 with the OP machine,in tighter areas.
btw,on the Best Buy job,we charged .09 a sq. ft.( $3600)
It took 4 of us 7 hours.....over $500 an hour...that's why I like encap.
We just picked up 8 Verizon stores who want to be cleaned 3x a year.....proving you CAN make money at .09 a ft.
Luckily,I'm too busy to test chems,I leave that to those that know..lol

My testing showed that Steamway's Mist & Brush was extremely difficult to remove once dry. DSC's Spin Vac, and Whittakers Crystal Dry both released noticably easier than the other products I tried.
for what that's worth..... |
