Small Dentist Office

My wife and I serviced a small Dentist office this afternoon.

Stripped and waxed a small VCT tile breakroom.
High-speed burnished the VCT tile floor.
Cleaned the very dirty carpet.
It took 1.5 hours = $195.

Hi Rick, Just finished 12,000 sq ft job.
2 tech's and myself. The two tech's where on Steamin Demon's and I was using regular floor machine with puff pads and Mist n Brush. They did 4000 sq ft while I did 8000 sq ft. Looked great [that's the part I did] and I sure love the production rate.
I think this encapsulation is going to get me all fired up again about carpet cleaning after 35 years of the same old thing.
