Do you do less spot removal with this system because of the scrubbing ability of the Cimex and how do the encapsulating chemicals react with those of the spotters?Thanks in advance.

We need to do very little spot cleaning with this system. Here are our spots that we treat...

GUM: We use gum freeze spray, and Prochem Citrus Gel

COFFEE: We use DSC Desolv coffee stain remover

INK, ADHESIVE: We use DSC Invade

SPILL STAINS: We use CTI's ARA as an after treatment

We have other products on the truck for special situations. But the products above cover 99.9% of all situations that we encounter in a commercial setting. Typically our commercial carpets clean up well without requiring any additional spot treatments.
