I noticed when i was spraying s.v.
the solution started to foam blow bubles
not able to lay down enough solution.
Any ideas what i'm doing worng with my
pump up sprayer?

Try using a larger spray tip. We use a fan tip that provides a good flow rate. I’ll only “spray” Spin Vac when I'm using it as a pre-spray. Most of the actual cleaning that we do is accomplished by dispensing the product through the solution tank on the Cimex machine. But it can be done the way you're doing it. This is how Whittaker recommends using their encapsulator. It's also the way that the encapsulator is applied using the MasterBlend machine. So you'll just need to adjust your tip and you should be fine.

I have talked to Steamway and they think it is best to use a electric sprayer such as one would use to apply teflon for their mist n brush encapsulator
