Update on the call center

Last week I posted about a 31,000 sq ft call center that had called me for an estimate. I made a presentation, did a demo, wrote up a proposal and mailed them a contract. Long story short - they called today and gave us the green light. The carpet will be cleaned quarterly, plus we'll be doing some floor care too. Altogether we'll be cleaning a little under 40,000 sq ft - SWEET! This business is located in a very large business complex - so maybe I'll be able to land some of the other businesses too. Well I just had to share the good news.
