My first encap. job

Gros Ades

Hello all, Rick i used my RX-20 on my first encap. came out great. I had a 1700 sq ft Hallmark store to clean it did take me 3hrs. I didn't want to keep mixing up chemicals so i made a hose fitting to hook up my Hydro-Force sprayer to spicket. Then i hooked up the pressure line to the RX and used the spray trigger to spray chemical while i cleaned. I done all this way before so all i had to do is set up.

I installed a .004 jet into my pad driver it worked just fine. I went by there today the manager was thrilled she said the spots that the other cleaner couldn't get out were gone. I don't know who the cleaner is but she said the other stores he cleans they are not pleased either. So i think i got my foot in the door, a few more of these an i can buy a Cimex.

Thanks for all your help Rick,

Ades Gros

LMX Encap???

February 27 2003, 10:21 PM

I was thinking of "bastardizing" a V.S. LMX to do some commercial glue downs with spin vac sprayed out front as I go. Basically just using the LMX stiff cylindrical brush to scrub...in theory it seems like it would work and let me go much faster than normally possible with this machine.

Give it a try - it just might fly.
