This one was a real small one- 1,500 sq ft. It was a neighborhood extension library. 20 year old carpet- library manager said that the carpet looked better then it has in YEARS. Cimex and SV and 45 minutes= over $100 per hour of easy money.

Jobs are out there.....getting them is the trick.

A note about selling carpet cleaning to libraries:
I found out that libraries are very concerned about moisture/humidity in their buildings. Why? Because the older books are valuable and are printed on older cellulose paper. Modern paper is bleached and chemically treated to the extent that moisture is not so critical. However filling up a library of older books with moisture can be damaging. The library curators are in the business of preserving these older works. When they go to their seminars and read their trade journals, moisture is a topic of their concern. Since we can address that problem, go ahead and use it in your sales presentation. So if I were selling to a library I would include pushing the low moisture button.

Yep, that is what got me IN , in the first place. The people before were using so much steam that the smoke sensor had to be turned off becasue they kept going off. Being able to many methods leaves you many options for getting and keeping a job.
