Does it work?

Any particular brands work best?

Is it okay to apply while carpet is still damp?

Thanks,
Steve

I'd think that it would be best to only apply a protector after the encapsulated soil has been thoroughly post-vacuumed. BTW Does anyone actually use protectors on commercial carpet? I've never felt that protectors had much merit in a commercial setting. Maybe it's just me.

I agree with you Rick, could never see any advantage in selling protectors to most commercial accounts.
I have always tried to get them to clean on a regular freqencey, works better.
