For those who still think that encapsulation is bogus, I have news for you. It ROCKS. I did a demo for a small hotel on Monday. It was for a small guest resting area. There were a few soda spills, and some other unknown stains. There was also some soap residue from previous HWE portable cleanings. I called up Greenie and he brought his righthand man Scott and we cleaned that carpet. The Cimex and spinvac cut a path through the soil and ate those soda stains up. Greenie and Scott were having so much fun running the Cimex I didn't have a chance to run the machine.
The in house maintenance man watched in amazement and asked a lot of questions. We also asked him a lot of questions. Come to find out, he is using a 15 year old portable, and the hotel manager makes him cover everything in paper while he cleans carpets and the whole process is very time consuming and their least favroate job.
After we cleaned that area, I asked the manager to take a look. She was shocked that we got the carpet so clean in such a short time. She also felt the carpet to see how wet it was. I presented her with a quote to do the entire building (about 6,000 sq ft) and all of her newley carpeted guest rooms.
Does the Cimex and encapsulation work? Ask her. I am sold!

I am finding the same thing. Commercial carpets you would think need a bad ass TM are responding better with Cimex and Spin Vac.

We did a restaurant recently and since we always have done this job with HWE, we did it that way again. Our bad!!!! It didn't respond very well and the results were bad and the owner was disappointed as well as my techs. So, a couple days later we bring in the Cimex and SV. About 45 minutes later the tough stains and wickbacks are gone and everyone is thrilled (especially me.)

What a great tool to have in our arsenal. Glad it don't work SO WELL!!!!

seriously Thecimex coupled with the Conquereor OP are a nice pair of vlm tools, and encapsualtion rocks.

we really did make that lobby brighten up, I was running a lot of dry passes, really playing with chem flow to see what differnt volumes turned out for results, gawd that machien is easy to use.

Why on earth would you hustle a wand and hoses in a commercial environment?
