What is a CCS that George Wills likes for Residential?

In the post: A New CIMEX Convert - George Wills on Apr 23, 2003, 1:56 AM, George talks about a CCS and that it rocks on residential. Would someone tell me what a CCS is and why it "rocks" on residential? Thanks!

The CCS is an orbital pad machine manufactured by John Geurkink that works extremely well on most types of carpeting. The problem with it has been its speed in commercial applications. It's quality of cleaning is excellent and with the new conqueror, the speed has been increased, but no were near the speed of the cimex.

David,
Rick Thode said it, the CCS does a fantastic job in houses and smaller area's. It also does a great job in a commercial settings. I perfer the Cimex in large commercial enviroments because of the speed of the Cimex. I like the CCS Conqueror over hot water machines because it is simple to use, no hoses to drag around, no filling and dumping waste water, and the carpet is dry within an hour, and most importantly, it cleans very well. I did a rental unit yesterday that had so much red dirt in the carpet I didn't think it was cleanable. I was so wrong. The landlord was shocked that we were able to get it looking new. CCS Conqueror is a machine that puts you in a niche market. If you have any questions feel free to call me, I will email you my number. gsw@iname.com.

No doubt the CCS machine can be used in commercial cleaning, we use the Cimex for all the open areas and the CCS system in the tight workstations etc.
We use the cimex as much as possible.
If I have another week with truckmount breakdowns, like last week was I will seriously think about using the CCS more in our residential cleaning.
This is one of the featurers of both Cimex and CCS machines, no breakdowns.

Riding Lawn Mower & Weedeater

I perfer to look at it like this, On large commercial enviroments, the Cimex is my riding lawn mower and the CCS is the weedeater. They make an awesome combonation.

George couldn't have said it any better.

If you have lots of cubicles, or just plain smaller tight turning hallways, and lots of obstacles, the ccs op is the way to go, note on speed: I wonder about some folks comments on this subject, are you referring to cotton pad cleaning with it, or encapsualtion with a 15" floor pad, because the lack of auto sprayer is the only thing holding back production, if the Conqueror had a shampoo tank like I'm trying to hook up, it would rock!

lawnmower and weed whacker....LOL
