Question please
Would someone tell me the proper procedure to clean w/pads.
We cleaned with the Cimex for the first time. about 1800 sf in 1 1/2 hours. Med soil, should pads be rinsed often like bonnets or is that not necessary. And should they be flipped over every so often
Thanks,
John

No John we're not using the pads in the same way that you would use bonnets. We're just using them for scrubbing; just like brushes. The pads scrub like brushes but they do it more evenly and more efficiently. We tried several pads before we found the right one. Each set of pads will scrub over 10K sq ft of carpet before they finally get worn down to the point that they are very thin - at which point we'll replace them with a fresh set of pads.

We don't rinse them, although you could if you wanted to. To a certain extent they're kind of self-rinsing, since the solution is being dispersed through them as you’re scrubbing. But there's no reason why you couldn't rinse them out occasionally if you wanted to.

Enjoy your new machine!!!
