Did the restaurant/clubhouse for a golf course this week. 6000 sq.ft.at $.15= $900 for 4 1/2 hours work.
Gotta love this method

For $200 per hour sounds very sweet. I did a filthy club house,(1500 sf for about an hour, $270) and everything disappears, its a week ago now, and no calls for any complains yet.

I did a job last Friday 1.5 hours (4,000+ sq ft)$600 =$400 per hour. If I include my drive time it was 2 hours total=$300 per hour.

Repeat customer that love the job- they called me and wanted on the 6 month cleaning plan. So I will have to take a pay cut as that plan offers the cleaning for just over $425 so then I will only make $283.00 per hour. Man, how can I afford to cut my prices......lol

I cleaned a 5400 sq ft DayCare this pass Saturday, i use to HWE and it would take me about all day, about 8 to 9 hrs and my body would be killing me. Well with the Cimex i got there a 8:00 am and finished at 12:30pm 41/2 hrs $810.00. And left there an cleaned a BeachCraft plane.
I could'eve finished sooner but i was having to work around all staff personal, as they were having meetings. I remember the last time i cleaned this place they were people in there painting, .

Oh well i guess it's all in a days work.
