In our area we have water shortages, and restrictions have been in place for the past several years. It seems that society is becoming increasingly concerned with the earth's water supply. It may be a good idea for carpet cleaners who use "low moisture methods" such as encapsulation to
market this to their customers. I think that low moisture cleaning will likely be recommended or possibly mandated more as the years roll by.
Encapsulation consumes only about 1 gallon of water per 300 sq ft of carpet cleaned. And no waste water is disposed of. This is an environmental plus! It's something we can let our prospective clients know about.
