Follow up on Rick's White Berber

Would brand new Cimex bruches work ok on residential berber, or do you need to scrub concrete for a few minutes first?

Also, what should you watch for when encapsulating residentials?

You need to run them on concrete to break them in.

I can tell ya, I tried the brushes, and they don't work nearly as well as the pads do.
