Do i go with a lower price?

Ok, back in Jan. i qouted a Hallmart store 1700 sq ft @ 0.25. I cleaned it in Feb. I used RX-20 with pads and Spin-Vac took like 3 1/2 hrs. I cleaned it tonight using a cimex 2 hrs.

Should i give them a break on the price?

Only do so if they ask or are talking of replacing you.

I agree with Tony.

You are the professional who learned a new and better way to clean their carpet. That shouldn't entitle the customer to a discount.

You invested your time and money in this system, there is no reason why you should have to give the customer a break on the price (unless you want to).

Auto Mechanics buy the Equipment & Tools to make thier job faster and easier so they can make more money,...and they sure don't give us a price break.
