I'm looking into developing a "double strength" version of Releasit. It will be the exact same product as the present version - only it would have twice as much of the raw material inside the jug. The double strength version would dilute at 4oz per gal as compared to the present 8oz per gal.

I'd like to know if you guys would be interested in such a product?

Why a double strength version?

1) Lower end user cost*
* Releasit currently sells for $80 including shipping.
* The double strength version would be available for $120 including shipping.

So instead of cleaning an average of 4,800 sq ft with a gallon of detergent that costs $20 - we could now clean an average of 9,600 sq ft with a gallon of detergent that costs $30.

2) Cheaper to ship the product. You essentially would get two cases shipped for the price of shipping one case. This would also make it more practical to ship Releasit to Hawaii and Canada.

3) Less waste. Half as many jugs would hit the landfill.

I have had the chemical plant testing the double strength formula and it can be mixed at the higher rate with no problem.

So if there is a sufficient level of interest I'll pursue this. The costs for putting this together on my end are fairly significant, so I'll need to see that there's sufficient interest before I go further. Please let me know your thoughts.

Have not tried your product yet, but being in Canada it would make for a big savings in shipping costs, which can be rather expensive over a period of time.
My past experience importing product from Steamway ended up being about $6.00 per gallon of product in shipping costs alone, so yes anything to save money on shipping I am in favor of.

Any thing that helps out with shipping cost is always welcome.
Just to let you know-cleaning a bank a few weeks back and at the front entrance there was some hydrualic fluid from the door closer spilled onto the carpet. Well some 50/50 spray of Releasit and some extra passes by the Cimex and WoW! Thanks Rick!

Rick, I've been thinking about this a lot as you know, being up here in Canada, shipping as Don noted is a big issue.

i would like to order a drum immediately of the strongest concentration you guys can blend it.

Rick, This sounds like a win- win situation to me. I've used about half of the first case of Releasit already, so I'll need a case soon. How soon can you supply us with the new formulation?

It should take about a month to redo the label, have the silkscreen made, get the double strength formula into the chemical plants system, and have the intial order run.

I will be working on it this week.
