Cleaning Tile/Grout with Cimex...

I've been thinking about getting a Cimex. I'm also getting into tile/grout clean. I'm sure the Cimex can be used for such cleaning...BUT...is it better than other methodes (OP machine, Turbo, etc.)? Is it anyones preferred method of cleaning even if you have other tile cleaning equipment?

Thanks.

The Cimex can be used with the 4805 brushes or even the 4804 brushes for stone and ceramic (the 4805's work best for most applications).

Here's how to do it. Pre-soak the floor with a good detergent. Then scrub with the Cimex. Pick-up the solution with a wet vac. And rinse the floor.

I use the Cimex for jobs like this. This process works very well.

I don't personally own a good OP machine, but I would expect the Cimex to scrub tile and grout better and faster than an OP machine. Maybe someone who owns a good OP machine and the Cimex could comment on how it compares for cleaning grout.

Regarding the Turbo, I've heard only good things about it. If you have a high-pressure HWE system such as a truckmount - then a specialty tile tool like the Turbo could be an excellent machine to have.

Cimex is great for large areas. Put cleaner in tank - scrub and pick up. If using a turbo this will rock! Many tile cleaning jobs will require scrubing even if using a turbo.
