My tech did a store we service quarterly with HWE in 6 hours. 2,750 SF. Wicking was a night mare. I re cleaned the whole place in 1:55 from pull up to leaving with the Cimex. Cimex really rocks.

PS. I still do not have the hang of the Cimex, I imagine it will even get better.

Also, in most cases the carpet will look clean for a noticably longer time using Encap compared the the same job that was HWE'd
