Nylon plush in Country Club

I have a chance to see what I can do with a very low and very thick nylon plush. This was cleaned last week by HWE with Procyon. The are alot of traffic lanes and it looks dull. Would you first HWE it or go straight to Encap ? Should I worry about fiber distortion ?

Any tips would be great !!!

P.S. The traffic lanes don't show alot of wear.

Clean like normal.

Bring sunglasses.

No don't clean with HWE first. Go ahead and clean with encapsulation at this point.

No you don't need to do anything special, the system works great on cut pile commercial.

Just clean it like normal. And be sure to follow all of the directions on the Releasit jug including the instructions for pre-treating and also for spills.

And don't forget to bring your sunglasses because those muted colors should pop very nicely

I gotta agree with Rick.

The Encap formula works great on everything I have used it on.

Just to make sure, when you are finished, kneel down, open the tufts, and have a look at the sides of the tufts and the backing. Show the contact person you are dealing with in case they wonder if the process is any good or not.
