Just reading a sales book and came a cross a caption that was advise I was given many years ago and had forgotten.
"PEOPLE DON'T CARE HOW MUCH YOU KNOW, UNTIL THEY KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CARE!"
Still good advise to-day I am sure.

Thanks for sharing that.

Caring costs us very little personally,
but it makes sense to live that way doesn't it?
Makes ya wonder why some folks don't care.

You wonder how some of the folks on the other board survive with their attitude, of how great I am.
Knowledge is great, and if used with common sense can very rewarding in this business.

Yes it's amusing to watch guys become the expert regarding a machine they've never operated and clearly don't understand. I honestly get a chuckle out of it.
