How hot can you get Releas-it before the chemical
break down, or does it at any temperature? Thanks

We get it steaming hot, up to a light simmer with a bucket heater. This is fine. I can't see where going any hotter would be advantageous. It actually works fine at a tepid temperature. But I remember my IICRC classes that teach us that a detergent becomes more active as the temperature rises, so I like to use hot water whenever I can. It still works well at cooler temps too but I think there's probably some advantage to using hotter water.

There is another well known encapsulator that says
their encap should not be heated because the chemical
breaks down. I don't know what that means, but my
question essentially is this, is there something in the
chemical that forms a crystal that would be less effective to form a crystal if it is heated up, or is
that just that other company's encap product?

That may be the case with a competitor's product, but it's not a problem to use a bucket heater with Releasit.
