The new FiberPlus pads are here
The back orders will be going out tomorrow. Thanks to all of you who have been so patient. They look good. The new pads are a bit more flexible than what our previous pad manufacturer produced. According to the new manufacturer these pads are built with less filler and about 20% more fiber than the ones we had been getting before. They say the new pads are more flexible because other manufacturers cook the filler material into their pads at higher temps which causes pads to be stiff. With 20% more fiber they say the pads should last longer. The new manufacturer believes the new pads will serve our needs well. In fact they make a carpet-scrubbing pad using the same material used in our new pads. Well I hope they're right about the new pads being good. We certainly can't complain about their service.
FiberPlus pads bundled (15) = Lower Cost
The new FiberPlus pads are being bundled together – 15 pads. This makes more sense than the old manufacturers packaging of 10 pads per case. Now there will be the correct increment of pads to match the Cimex. Plus the cost is now lower too. The pads cost $2.00 per pad with shipping, as opposed to $2.40 per pad for the previous pads.
RELEASIT Double Strength Concentrate is here
We actually got in a small batch of Releasit (15 cases) about a week ago. I didn’t post that it was here because 15 cases is not enough to mention. Those cases went out and we now have a new shipment. So Double Strength Concentrate has been officially launched! It’s the same as the regular strength 16:1 version, but it’s concentrated with twice the active raw ingredients for lower end use cost at 32:1. You can order it on the store page.
New pricing
I received word this week that Truvox in England (the manufacturer of Cimex) has implemented a price increase for the US market. The dollar has been losing ground against the British pound. Low interest rates may be nice for us, but it messes up the dollar in the world market. But I’ve put together some SPECIAL pricing on a package deal in spite of the price increase. It's shown on the Store page.
Airborne has has also just announced that they are increasing their shipping rates 5%. On top of that our credit card company has just increased rates slightly too .05%. When it rains it pours! We try very hard to keep our prices trimmed lean. With these increases we're being forced to make some small pricing changes on our products - but these are minimal. I am trying to hold costs absolutely as low as possible, and I will continue to do this. The new prices have been updated on the store page.
December was BUSY
December has been our busiest month ever. The
Cleanfax Encapsulation Article that I wrote has kept the phone glued to my ear. If you have tried to call and got a busy signal I apologize. We have also added several new members to the Cimex / Encap camp this month. WELCOME to all you newbies - enjoy your new cleaning system
