cimex vs cylindrical brush

Rick,

We have been using your Releasit now for a few months and we love it. We are applying the solution with backpack sprayers and agitating it with cylindrical brush machines. I know this takes a little more time than using a cimex but our customers love the "pilebrushed" look that the cylindrical brush machines achieve. The problem I am having is that these machines are not reliable. I know historically that the Cimex machines are very reliable. Before I buy any I would like to know if the Cimex can achieve a "pilebrushed" look. Are there pictures available to show the look of the pile after the Cimex has been used?

Thanks in abundance,
Jason

The Cimex doesn't leave a pile brushed look.
It leaves a flowerette pattern on the carpet. (How do you like that "flowerette"?) The swirl pattern has never been considerd objectionable by our customers. We've actually had accounts tell us that they like the the pattern on the carpet after we clean it.

But both machines are good. So when comparing equipment, the bottom line question comes down to this: How deeply and efficiently can either machine clean the carpet? The Cimex takes the lead when it comes to scrubbing performance. It's like comparing a Ford Explorer to a Hummer
