What a shame. But these scam artists are in each and ever profession..i use that term loosely.
In the painting biz. we call them Gypsies. better known as the "Irish Travelers" from North Carolina.
They will paint your barn or grain bin. The paint would look awesome until the first rain. The farmers would get all mad, but guess what... the next spring would use them again. too funny.
There are thief accountants, etc. What do we tell people.. be more careful? People ask for this alot.
