Encapping stairs

A couple posts below inspired me to post this idea-

I use my furniture roto, (Described below) and up to a couple weeks back I used the cotton/nylon bonnets for this purpose, than I got one of Rick's Fiber Plus pads for the Cimex, which at 7 inches fits under the furniture roto just fine without cutting it smaller.

I spray the stairs and risers, landings, and the pad sticks to the bonnet driver just fine even doing the risers.

I also have used it a couple times for encapping furniture- sofas, chairs, and my son used it this past week to encap a bunch of church pews that are upholstered.

I am sure lots of furniture cannot be done this way, but if some can- why not?

where do you buy this roto and cost ? HESCO has a occilating two head hand tool any one have this tool and what do think ?
