It looks like I'm going to need to provide an explanation regarding the post directly below...

It was simply a bit of tongue in cheek humor

Here's a funny story that happened this afternoon...

I got a call today from a cleaner with a touch of panic in his voice! He had ordered a Cimex from us yesterday. Well today he calls back and is clearly shaken. He said that he thinks he may have made a mistake - because some folks have posted that the Cimex doesn’t work well in certain areas.

So I explained it to him...
Those were comments from guys who honestly LOVE their Cimex's and are just saying “stay out of my town – I want it all to myself”.

I thought that these posts were pretty obvious. They were made in jest. But it looks like some clarification may be needed. So here goes... Have no fear. YES the Cimex will work in all areas!

Jim – see what a trouble maker you are LOL


P.S. But it doesn't work in St Petersburg Florida

I truly can't believe peeps would fall so easily...Man, I really need to take out an ad to sell some hunting leases on my property...biggest snipe ever seen...maybe even a few for the record books...email me if interested...cash only lol

I have no idea why i just got a case of double strength releasit.

Look i just did 7500 sq ft just the past wednesday 2000 @ one place and 5500 @ another total cleaning time was like 5 hrs. so you see it don't work

I guess the point of the funny posts was to really show some concern as to how far you really want to spread the news.Meaning if everyone starts to use the cimex then whats stopping the local janitor from buying his own and working for $20 cash an hour cleaning buildings.People don't realize how many people are reading the boards.Could be your local competition.So do you really want to shout this out to the whole world? Caution is the word, keep it to yourself.Alot of the folks who do use it are quiet now and don't brag to the world now because of the reasons above.

I can see your point Bill. But then again you could look at it another way too. How many fellows in your town clean with hot water extraction? Pretty much all of them? And yet there's room for all. Why? Because in the end it all comes down to how you do business. That's what sets each of us apart from our competition.

As an example of what I'm referring to... there's a little Sushi restaurant in my city where my wife and I eat at least once a week. Now there are several restaurants in my town - several that serve Sushi. They all use similar tools to prepare their Sushi. And they all serve up essentially the same ingredients. So what makes this one special? A number of things. We like the way they prepare their Sushi. We like the personality of their staff. It's always a consistent dining experience. They have good prices. Their location is convenient. You see, although there are several restaurants that we could go to, we choose this particular one because of the way they run their business. And in the end, isn't that what sets each of us apart as we serve our clients too.

Yes, in the final equation, its about how your client perceives you and your company that ultimately makes their decision to hire you and keep you.

Its not all just about your "price". Its not all about how great a job you do, either. Trust me. Alot of guys out there can do great work regardless of the system they use.

Thats why its so important to try and develop some type of personal relationship with all of your clients. It can be as easy as remembering their kids names or finding a common interest such as golf, Nascar racing, music, child rearing, business strategies, etc. If your client likes to "talk", then find something they like to talk about (just listen to them) and.....talk. And try to "keep it real".

I believe this goes a long way towards keeping your accounts.
