I have a thick stack of back orders for Cimex machines from customers who ordered machines during the past several days. We've been waiting for more machines to arrive in the US with the next shipment from England.

GOOD NEWS! The machines arrived in New York this past week. They have now cleared customs. And they are presently about to be forwarded to the importer's warehouse in Ohio.

So it looks they'll be ready for shipping toward the end of this week. Which should put them at our customers locations sometime next week, March 1st-5th (the arrivals will depend on where in the country they are shipped to). It's possible that some deliveries could spill into the following week if there are delays with the freight company, but we usually get pretty good service from the trucking company that we use.

So it looks like there's going to be a bunch of happy carpet cleaners around the country next week.

We have increased our shipments each month and then the demand increases ahead of the machines that arrive in The States.

The good news is that we will be shipping record numbers in March and April and that could catch up with everyone’s needs and leave a good number in stock to meet your ever increasing future demands
