anyone using releasit as an upholstery cleaner. I was thinking about using it on some chairs in a church that I clean. The're nothing fancy, but when using hwe some drink stains reappear. Thought I could spray it on and agitate with a horse hair brush.

You might give it a try. On some smaller upholstery jobs we will towel them with a dilution of Releasit and we get decent results. For LARGE upholstery jobs we will still use HWE.

Probably will depend on what the material is.

I have had good results a couple times doing upholstery with Releasit, but have not done enough to say it is OK on all material.

What I used it on both times was olefin velvet, and my reasoning was- it's olefin, and olefin furniture is the same as olefin carpets.

Try it, if it does not work, you can still HWE the upholstery as usual.
