musty smell

I cleaned a restaurant last night and when we were done it smelled a little musty. I didn't over wet it, the part I cleaned first was all but dry in 45 min. Anyone else run in to this?

Darwin,

Carpets can smell musty when they're damp, but they will normally smell fresh when they're dry.

Leaving a fresh odor was one of the reasons why we added the Tea Tree extract to Releasit. The Tea Tree is there to impart some freshening/deodorizing to help reduce carpet odors. The Tea Tree helps.

Tea Tree oil has strong disinfectant properties, although there isn't enough Tea Tree in our formula to act as a disinfectant. To add that much Tea Tree would knock the crystallizing formula out of balance. Yet the Tea Tree does add some deodorizing.

you probably cleaned some carpet that had jute backing. If you don't get it to wet, the smell will go away.
