Filthy house(Bonnets)

Randy

I used the cimex on a filthy house it looked much better. After I scrub with fiber pads I was woundering if the bonnets for the cimex would help the results on cases like this. When I took a rag and wipe up the carpet next to the tile it got dirty.I use bonnets with my scrubber. However when I need to replace my bonnets I would like to try cimex bonnets.Has anyone used this combo.
By the way I was wandering if anyone else uses the cimex in tight areas like a bath room or down the side of a bed next to the wall when there are dressers in the way with the handle straight up works great when in tight area. There are many times it helps. I do 90% houses with 19 cimex have no problem.

We do use bonnets on the Cimex on some of maintenance contracts where the carpet is not that soiled, they are no where as aggressive as fiberplus pads, so for heavy soiled carpets I would never use the bonnets. We have used them after HWE on some commercial trashed carpet jobs. Have never used Cimex on residential, prefer truckmount for that application

Randy, I also use my cimex every chance i get in Res. I done a filthy Apt. light beidge in color, i vacuumed real good mixed a gallon of Relesit with hot water in a pump up sprayer. Sprayed traffic areas then put 2 gallons in tank and cleaned. Ok when i was done it didn't look all that good to me, i almost fired up the TM but i didn't. It was empty and nobody moving in so i went back the next after it had time to dry, man what a difference i'm glad i waited.

IT LOOKED GREAT !!!!

Why do you use a truckmount? Is it cause the client assume you are getting it cleaner. I use only portables extractors with rotovac.
