Plant washing after encapping

I plant wash the walk off mats each month from the 2 high end stores I maintain for a lotta years. In November I started using Releasit instead. Today, just for fun, I decided to wash the one I picked up yesterday. I wanted to see what, if anything was left after 6 months of encapping. A lotta dirt? A lotta foam?

Nope. The wash water was slightly dirty. About the same level as when washed monthly. Foam? Nope. Only what I added detergent after a first rinsing made any foam.

Appearance? The same as always.

I'm gonna go back to encapping, as the extra time and slight expense of washing cost me more than encapping.
