Rick,

Was looking to buy some brushes for the new cimex machine. I have a nylon shampoo brush that I use on my clark rotary that came with the machine.I also use it on tile and grout. Do you think the soft brushes would be about the same type?

I would go with the stiffer nylon ones. Both the nylon are soft and for tile and grout I would say the stiffer the better.

Steve,

The 4805 brushes are just right for grout. But they're way to aggressive for a wool rug - they're even too aggressive for some commercial carpets.

The 4807 brushes are very soft and are ideal for wool rugs and carpets with delicate fiber construction.
