Cleaned facilty with both hwe and encap

We recently cleaned a 7,000 sq. ft. manu. facility. We cleaned about 3/5 with encap and the remainder with hwe. I went back to check on job about 1 week afterwards. I also cleaned the most soiled parts of it with encap. The encap looked considerably better. I even told the purchasing mgr. I would reclean the parts we hwe over again at no charge. He said not to worry about it that nobody was complaining but did agree the encap looked much better. I am now getting worried everytime we have the cimex booked up and we have to hwe clean a commercial carpet. I guess #2 cimex will have to come shortly, dog gone it Rick.
