Shaw Ind. and Encapp

talked to my friend Bill Doan last week and asked him about shaws view on encapp?

He raved about the process and said it has been the best thing to hit carpet cleaning in a long time.

He went as far to recommend encap as a stand alone for carpet that has never been cleanned with another method. The resoil rates have been way down since using the method and he said he noticed that the carpets look good longer between cleanings.

Nice to hear him confirm the merits of the method.

Bill Doan is a true leader in our industry with an open mind. It's no surprise that he's out front in exploring and utilizing new technologies.

Yes Bill Doan is a real gentleman, however, if you expect Shaw to endorse this system don't hold your breath. The best you could expect is they don't condon it like they do bonnet/pad cleaning.
