how many times would you encap

I have a cafe carpet that needs cleaning once a month. I encap it every time now, TM before. Even though I have a TM with plenty of heat and vacuum, I still get wicking and need to spot lift the spills. The carpet is vacuumed every day with backpack vacuum and air driven power heads. If a powerful Tm doesn't pull out all the dirt, I don't believe that encap and vacuuming does either. How many times would you encap before you HW clean the carpet with an encap rinse or plain water. Was using hydra-master's hydra-dri as a rinse before, going to switch to crystal rinse for a while.

I would HWE it when the carpets no longer show an acceptable improvement with the Encap.
