I didn't believe all the posting that said how good this process was. I had a hard time finding someone in the area that had a machine to demo. The janitorial supply had a machine but only shampoo brushes. Read back through all the pages of postings and you can learn a lot about the process, what worked and what didn't. Like every thing else, there is a learning curve. I am a HWE\TM guy, but the Cimex and Rick have put a new life into commerical carpet cleaning for me. Buy the machine and Rick's process, you will be happy.

you are where i was bud.

i should be recieving my Cimex tomorrow. i have never seen one or tried one. i am going on some of the veterans that have posted here and other forums, along with some veterans that had nothing to gain, but spent hours with me on the phone answering my questions.

i will post my results as i find them, hopefully Sunday.

i am really psyched that i will be the only CC'er in my area who has the Cimex / Releasit combo! every CC'er in my area i have mentioned it to have never even seen a Cimex, some wonder what i am talking about....i wanna keep it that way but a couple good friends i told them i will lend it to them and they can try it for themselves....they've offered me their RDM's and Rotovac's to try out anytime also.
