Great Stuff

Like Gary Heacock, I have been in the business a long time. I have to admit I almost stopped doing commercial carpet because of the time involved and cheap pricing. Since I started using the Cimex I have turned out better work, faster and made more money per hour. It has really changed my perspective on commercial carpet and maybe commercial floor care in general. I believe we could do some killer upholstery cleaning with a 6 or 8 inch oscillater (car polisher) with cotton bonnets attached and ReleaseIt. PS I recently got a contract to do all the City owned bldgs in our city (hundreds of thousands of sq ft) and the Cimex works UNREAL and fast. I'M AFRAID I MAY HAVE TO HAVE ANOTHER ONE! PS, any good direction on how to get into military installation work? Thanks, Dwight

Did you want details on the upholstery scrubber?
It looks like a drill but has a housing that holds a shampoo brush or pad driver. You can connect it to a portable or TM solution hose. Use it with bonnets or a fiber plus pad to clean stairs, upholstery, partitions, wall carpet, etc.

it is costly though :\

very strange that on this link, US Products doesnt even give these products any names.

Yeah, it's expensive to buy. However, it is made for the purpose, and purpose made equipment is usually expensive. But don't let that stop you. It will earn it's keep thousands of times over. I got mine around 1980, still use it a lot, (not every job, but lots of them) so far, in some 24 years, I have had 2 repairs. (A new electric cord, and new motor brushes.) So I would call it durable.

I use it for stairs and on furniture and for office divider panels, cleaned many thousands of furniture items, etc, so I do recommend it.

Gary
