Re-Inventing the wheel

Why can't people just take a proven system like encap cleaning with a Cimex or other agitation machines and go clean carpets?
Everybody wants to re-invent the system and complicate it by hwe after encaping etc. etc. etc.

I still have concerns about encap and the dirt that is the base of the carpet that vacuuming doesn't remove. The carpets we clean always look great, is that all we should worry about? It seems like the tighter the nap the better encap works. I can rinse the carpet with a portable and the water is filthy. No system is perfect. Don't want to
re-invent, just want the best way for all. After encaping a carpet a couple of x's, it comes cleaner a lot easier when a tm or portable is used. I can use less water and less chemical to clean. 3x encap 1 x encap rinse I think will work great for me. This is in a school setting where the carpets are in constant use by 1500-2000 people per day
