I was cleaning an electronics store the other day during business hours, because their workers didn't want to stay after hours waiting for me to clean. Anyways, there must have been around 10 people in the store which was starting to affect my maneuvering. The customers started getting closer as I worked, which was really annoying me until one guy stopped my and asked if I did residential. I told him I also have a truckmount and could definitely clean his house with no problem. He didn't want me to use HWE, he wanted the cimex because of the amazing results I was getting from it. As I was speaking to him two more people wanted their houses cleaned too. Life with the CIMEX keeps getting better!
By the way, the owner of the store was so amazed by the results he gave me five other locations to clean on a monthly basis. This store in particular had a lot of asphalt oil residue in it, because the parking lot was just resurfaced. Releasit cut through it like butter. Thanks for great product Rick.

if you dont mind my asking, how much do you charge for a space that size if you do it monthly and 5 of them? and how long did it take you to clean it and how long til it was dry?

Each store is around 2,000 SF, which took just over an hour and a half to clean. I'm charging him $200 for each store every month. He was satisfied with the price and so am I since I'm making at least a hundred dollars an hour. I would say it only took an hour for it to dry, but I also put down an air mover to speed it along.

Always remember that you don't know who the person is or what company they might own. You never know where the next big job is going to come from. I have had the same thing happen all the time. Doing the VCT in Tire Factory once. Before I realized what was happening, I had a Regional Manager trying to get me to bid all the Albertsons Grocery Stores in the area. I turned it down. Told him that the guy I learned from in the begining, who gave me a start as a sub was the one with the contract.
