Rotary part II

Follow up to previous question. Using the white pads ( until I order the tan ones from rick) and the shower feed, do I still need to prespray the carpet so the pad can mve smoothly and not melt the olefin in the carpet?

Or can i just dampen the pad first and then use the shower feed ?

Dan it shouldn't be necessary to pre-spray the carpet (unless you need a little extra dwell time). Simply shower-feed it through your solution tank. This should work like a champ!

I was concerned about this at first too, and dampened the pad before it went onto the carpet. After doing this several times, I forgot one day to dampen it first- but that did not make any difference, so I quit doing that.
