| Just some thoughts while doing it yesterday.
First time last November- a church meeting room where they have Day care, and a kitchen where they feed a buncha homeless people, who spill everything they eat and drink, and boy is it messy. 2000 sq ft. Light blue direct glue down nylon commercial.
First time was with my normal shampoo brushes, before I got the Fiber Plus pads. Averaged 200 sq ft per gallon of Ready-to-Use in the shampoo tank. That job took me 3 hours. All open space.
Yesterday, with the Fiber Plus pads, and about the same soiling and spilling, it took only 2 hours, and keeping careful track of how much Releasit I used and how far each gallon of Ready-to-Use went, I ain't kidding- it was 400 sq ft.
Sooo.... it works out to 1000 sq ft per hour- with the same Chemstractor I used before, the difference was the Fiber Plus pads mainly as far as I can see.
That, plus the smaller amount of concentrate used means more profit on the job.
Each of the spots, spills, trails, mashed in pie, whatever, all got a dose of the 50-50 beforehand, and a slight bit of agitation. There was ONE spot that would not come out- about 1/2 inch diameter, and when finished, I gave that spot everything in my spot kit, still would not budge. Oh well, my average is pretty high, I guess.

| ME? A Cimex man???? | May 13 2004, 8:22 PM |
Nope!! Sorry, Rick- and others!!
I am counting the days until retirement- no new toys for me. I will continue to chug along the way I have for too many years to count, no new toys at this stage. I have seen the Cimex go with Rick and others- I have 2 friends here with them, and when needed, I call on them.
I DO recommend tham to anybody who is still working, and not close to retirement, though!! Great machine.
