Really getting into encap

First of all, great board, Rick. It is now my home page and the links to the other cleaning sites was a fine idea.
I've been encapping w/my CCS Conqueror for a few weeks now and I never fail to be amazed. I just finished a small office building. 1.5 hrs. for about $250.00. Yesterday a larger job in a care center. Went like the wind and the manager was very pleased. I've also used encap on a couple of residential berber jobs.
Here's my question. How can I use encap with the Conqueror on more plush carpets? I know the CCS encap brush would be too aggressive. Thanks very much. I'll take my answer offline.
BTW, Rick. Your staff is every bit as professional as you are. I enjoyed talking to Beth yesterday. keep up the good work.
