Sprayers

A few months ago Rick suggested that we try sprayers from Home Depot instead of buying the expensive ones that most of us buy.
I just happened to have a fancy sprayer go out on me and so I thought I would give a Home Depot garden sprayer a try. So far, it's working fine.
But what I want to mention is that I saw a one gallon sprayer that I thought might work better than the spray bottles I normally carry around. To make a long story short - I like it. I don't have to fill it as often as I did the smaller spray bottles, it's easy to pump up, it holds enough to do stairs and more and it's still easy to carry around because of its size, better than the three gallon or the five gallon.
I now have three, with different strengths of Releasit.
The one I bought was the RL Flomaster.
And it's cheap compared to what I had been buying.

I have had the worst trouble with pump up sprayers I bought from Home Depot and Lowes They were by Hudson, Chapin, and Solo. They always fell apart or broke in some way within 4 or 5 months. Just my bad luck, I guess.

I finally found an inexpensive pump up sprayer that has lasted me 3 years and is still going strong. Believe it or not, the plastic Ace Hardware brand pump up sprayers work great and rarely break down. What's cool about Ace Hardware is if anything goes wrong with it, the dudes at the back counter will look at it right there and repair it for me on the spot.

Finding somebody to help me like this at Lowes or Home Depot (at least in Douglasville, GA) is impossible. They seem to be more concerned about punching in and punching out.

Ace is the place!

Ace 3 gallon sprayer is better than others. They all seem to have the lifespan of a common fruitfly, but this version seems to be the least sickly of the bunch.

My guys seem to find new and more interesting ways to arrange their deaths. I've killed a few of them by carelessly dumping them in my van and putting something else heavy on top of them.

Now if we need one, we bring two, so we don't have to stop the job when the first one dies.

Thanks guys for the info. When mine die, as they all do, I'll try Ace.
By the way, haven't you guys heard of shelves? (just kidding).

Not sure whether to leave this alone or not, but I'll try anyway.
Shelf - sing.
Shelves - plural
Used by people who pick their toys off the floor.
