Stephen Dobson

Thanks for the Forum here to share our ideas, learn and share our successes.
You dont have to do anything other than scroll down and read the great posts about how happy people are about their cimex.
I know you didnt invent it, but you sure did invent Releasit and it absolutely 'rocks'. Esp in combo with the Cimex. Together they are totally unbeatable'. On their own, I dont know which one is better. I am fortunate to use both. Thanks to you
This combo has taken some of us to heights that regular HWE would never do, not only commercially, but on berbers as well in the residential setting.
It is that good.
Your advice on the Hoover Conquest was right on the head too.
I am so much more confident with my cleaning just by switching from the royal commercial to the Conquest.
I can sweep with the royal, grab the conquest and see stuff coming into the dust cup. Amazing.
You are a true friend to us all, a great ambassador to represent the industry in any fashion.
You can work for ProFloor anytime buddy. LOL
On behalf of the whole board, we think you for making this possible. The board, the chance to read about the cimex, order them, then get unparalleled (other than Butler. awesome there too)
service on top of that. You are on the ball' .
We can all hope to get where you are. We compliment you on your success and we can't wait to try your HWE juice coming out soon.
Count me in on the first shipment buddy.
I look forward to extending my hand when I meet you and thank you personally for all the help and quality service in taking ProFloor
to another level. I am not thru yet, but it is nice to be better than I was 6 months ago. A large part of that is due to you.
Thanks buddy from me and all the members on the board.
We are truly grateful.

agreed

well said Dobber

i to love marketing my biz as "Specializing In Commercial Carpet Cleaning And Maintenance". that's exactly what i have stated on all my biz cards and other stationary / marketing material. i know others like to show all the fields they are diversified into, but personally i prefer "niche marketing", and i see no-one in the YP ad's who does this.

thanx for all the help Rick and all you participants of this forum --- Derek.

I second all the comments. All it took was one article in the clean fax magazine to get me interested in a new way of cleaning commerical carpet. I still love my hydramaster truckmount though, but there is now some interesting new things to learn.
Derek, I work two jobs, I log on a night during my breaks. Usually not enough time for the chat room, would never get the work done. I plan to go to the cleaning convention in Las Vegas, first part of November. My 3rd business(seasonal) starts on june 28th,

You're certainly welcome!

Yet I feel that I should be thanking you.

Thanks for giving this crazy encap idea a try.

It's been a real pleasure turning the industry on to this cleaning system. Of course, selling stuff is fun, but I really get a lot of satisfaction helping cleaners. I've been in the cleaning business half my life. I've faced the same struggles everyone else has. So it's a lot of fun to have a small share in giving something back. I'm happy to be able to share whatever I've learned. It's not like I've personally done anything so special; just joined together a strong scrubber, the right pad, and good chemistry - not such a big deal. Once I saw the results I was getting with this combination I recognized that this system would rock for commercial carpet cleaning throughout the industry. The rest of the pieces pretty much just fell together. Well thank you for taking a moment to comment on how it's working for you - I appreciate that.
