Encaping a car interior

What do you guys think about encaping the interior of a vehicle with lets say a 50/50 mix and a hand brush?

I did the interior of my pickup about a week ago. Floor mats and all. Mixed it up at 1/4 per gallon. I used my US Products upholstery tool and a fiber pad and bonnets. Looked good when done
