Wow, encapping residential carpet?? Huh...

I'm just getting started in the encap game. We have some large apartment complxes that clean all of their carpet twice per year. I'm thinking this might be a good idea for them.

i use it on my apartment complex that has all cut-pile. the management actually likes the "swirl" finish over the "wand" finish....go figure.
